BREWING METHOD:
1. Bring 750ml of water to boil on full heat for 5 minutes/can use boiled kettle water
2. Pour herbs into steaming water (110-115 degrees F or 43-46 degrees C) in our Yoni Steaming Seat and place on the toilet (fill less than halfway to avoid burns).
3. Steep for a further 5 minutes in our Yoni Steaming Seat.
4. Wave your hand 8-10 inches over the water to ensure its not too hot to avoid burns, Be careful to avoid burns. Do not touch water to skin until water temperature reduces and it is safe to touch.
6. When temperature is safe remove underwear and sit in squatting position above steam water
7. Cover your lower half with a blanket, robe or towel to ensure no steam escapes.
8. you can utilize the hand pump of our Steaming Seat to aid in cleansing the inner vaginal area for a douching effect.
9. Sit on the seat, squeeze the flusher to clean the anal, Steam for a minimum of 20 minutes.
