How do I create an account?
Creating a Yemtex Beauty customer account allows you to store billing and shipping information so that you do not have to enter it every time you place an order.
Yemtex Beauty does not store credit card information for your security. You can also see and keep track of all purchases made while logged into your account.

How can I recover/change my password?
If you cannot remember your password or need to change your password, simply click on the "Forgot Password" link on the account log in page. You will need to enter the email address associated with your account and click the submit button. After clicking the submit button, you will be emailed a “reset password” link along with direction as to how to recover or change your password.

How do I update my account information?
You can update your account information by logging into your customer Account.

I am getting emails, but I can't login?

How do I subscribe to your email newsletter?
You can subscribe to our emails by entering your email address in the Sign Up & Save 15% Email Signup Field in the footer of our site.

How do I unsubscribe to your email newsletter?
To be removed from our email list, simply click on the "Unsubscribe" link found at the bottom of the email received.

My order was cancelled. Why?
There are a few reasons why we would automatically cancel your order.
If the billing and shipping address doesn’t match on your order information.


How long does it take to make Customised Skin Care Product?
5-7 business days, depends on order at hand at that time.

Are your Products for everyone?
Most of our products are for Everyone, unless indicated by skin tone or gender.

Currently Yemtex Beauty accepts the following forms of payment:

Where can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number as well as a link to track your package.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. 


DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
We ship Worldwide!

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
  1. All of our Products ship from the USA via USPS. All orders are processed in 2-5 days (weekends and holiday not included) for ready to ship products and up to 10-14 days during sale period. We try our best to ship out most orders before 3 weeks.
  2. "Ready To Ship" ships out within 1 to 5 business days and delivery varies between 2-5 days within the USA. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
  3. International Orders: On orders outside of the USA the items will ship after processing (3- 7 days) and delivery can take up to 2 weeks. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Yemtex Beauty Hub.
  4. Once your Product completes the initial processing, a tracking number is generated (It may take a few days for tracking to be updated because we gather a lot of orders which has to be inspected and ship in batch.) From the day the tracking is generated, it will take 2-5 days to arrive to your address depending on the shipping method you choose.
  5. Shipping time will vary based on many factors, especially depending on your location. Around this time you would then receive an email with your tracking number to check for status.

What happens if a product is backordered?
Should a product on your order be out-of-stock, we will notify you via email the expected in-stock date. Your remaining order will ship on time and the out-of-stock item will ship when available at no extra charge to you.

What is Auto-Replenishment?
Auto-Replenishment is the most convenient way to enjoy your favorite products and never run out of your Yemtex Beauty Hub essentials.
We automatically send you the products you subscribed to based upon your selected frequency. 
​With each order, you receive 5% off + FREE SHIPPING within USA.


You always have complete control over your Auto-Replenishment orders.
We send an email reminder before each order ships. You can change your delivery frequency, next order date, or quantity by visiting Manage Subscriptions located within the My Account section.
Changes to subscription orders can be made any time within 24 hours of the next scheduled shipment date, and you can cancel at any time.


How do I create a subscription for Auto-Replenishment?
Creating a subscription is easy. To subscribe, simply select the Auto-Replenishment option for your desired product on the product page, select your preferred delivery frequency, and then check out as normal.

What will happen after I join Auto-Replenishment?
After you join Auto-Replenishment, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. This email will include a link to access your Auto-Replenishment where you can manage your future orders, subscription items and subscription account information.
We will place your Auto-Replenishment orders automatically according to your selected frequency, and you will only be billed on the day the order is shipped. Please note that your packing invoice may reflect the full price of the item(s) ordered, but rest assured that your discount has been applied and your credit card will be charged appropriately.

RETURNS
Return & Exchange Information
We are committed to your complete satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products and the time taken to formulate our Natural Skin Care Products and health reasons there are no exchange, return or refund permitted in an event your receive a wrong order or defective wig we will issue a store credit after we receive the defective/wrong order. 

1. If the product is defective upon receipt, please contact us for the return address, return is accepted within 3 days after the buyer receives their order.

2. If we ship wrong Order, Customer pays the return shipping fee item will be replaced after inspection of the product and store credit issued.
 
3. After receiving the returned product if it qualifies for an exchange, we will make a replacement depends on our available stock, if not available, a refund will be issued.

4. Approved returned items come back to the distribution center, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. We will issue you a store credit via an E-Gift Card once we've received your return and processed it.

5. If item is damaged by buyer, we will not accept any exchange or refund.
All Products are thoroughly inspected and pictures taken before leaving our Warehouse, and double checked before sent to you in order to ensure consistency and quality.


Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges unless we send wrong order or item is defective. It must be in the original state when received.

Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hrs of placing your order. Cancellation of an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Please keep in mind a $25 Cancellation/ 25% Restocking fee will apply.
